Is there anyone or any company out there that would put money up for a rahabber like myself to do draws with?

The HML refunds the draws, but need money upfront.
I would be willing to work out a win-win situation and long term relations.

My money is tied into other rehabs, and i am missing investments b/c of draw capital.
