I'm looking for Turn-Key Investment Properties at 80% LTV or lower. I prefer Multi-Units up to 4-Plex, but will take SFR as well.
I must deal with the Seller Directly, to avoid a "Daisy Chain" of Brokers...So if you know of somebody that is selling properties like these, you must make sure that you are covered by your contact, not by me.
If you are an Agent,just make sure that the LTV is where it needs to be at, to make it work.
You must be ready to provide me with pictures, Appraisal (if available),full descriptions and be ready to move on quickly!
Any city, any state, but in good condition! No rehabs please!!
