I am considering investing out of state and was hoping that I could get a feel for where the hot markets were around the US. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

GA is great. in my area we have mostly military relos in and out. two large military post are clsng and the soldiers have been reordered here. we are expecting 40,000 new troops.

Is that the Columbus area or somewhere else?
