alvin Veteran Member Registered: 09/02/04 Posts: 992 Loc: dev	I believe theres about 5 states that hold the Series LLC. I'm currently looking to either form a Delware Series LLC or Nevada Series LLC for buying properties. I have a real estate attorney who is well versed in setting this up for investors and he highly recommended this versus creating individual LLCs for each property.
