We are property investors in New Zealand and we do all types on property acquisitions for holding, onselling, development, residential and commercial, land and houses etc.

Our problem is , we can’t do them quick enough. We get more deals than we can do. We find we have to let them go by because our money is tied up in other deals or we just cannot raise the funds in time to make it an outstanding deal.
Cash always speaks volumes. If we know a proposition is great and we can get it by offering an unconditional contract, the vendor is happy to reduce it , we make our profit immediately in the purchase.. And that is why we need equity partners or investors
We could do so much more with help. And that would mean you would also do well.

We are looking at property deals for aprox US$200,000 - $1,500,000.
