Does anyone know of a lender that offers lines of credit or loans without seasoning?

bank of america mortgage company will do a refi with no seasoning, but they are limited in number of investment properties they can do for you, 3 i think.

There are actually quite a few lenders out there that will do that type of loan, but be careful or make sure that your clients are careful that they don't get stuck on the terms and/or interest...
