I purchased a pre-construction condo a couple of years ago before I became a realtor. We have not closed yet (should be ready this year), and I am wondering if now as a realtor I would be allowed to get a commission on this deal since it has not closed? Should I let them know that I am a realtor, or no luck on this one?
This Google Custom search may do a better job of searching the forums for some keywords than the old forum search does. The results do not include threads from the Asset Managers Forum however. To search that forum you will need to be actually in the Asset Managers Forum and you will need to use the old forum search below.
