I purchased a pre-construction condo a couple of years ago before I became a realtor. We have not closed yet (should be ready this year), and I am wondering if now as a realtor I would be allowed to get a commission on this deal since it has not closed? Should I let them know that I am a realtor, or no luck on this one?

Review your original purchase contract but if you went in as an unrepresented buyer no one on your side is due a commission.

Don't forget if it's your property and you are selling it you have to disclose that you are a Realtor to avoit conflict of interest.
