Well I went out and brought Publisher so do you guys have some sample plyers i can look at...?

Back when I used a PC for real estate, I just used a generic template that came with publisher and re-designed it.

Whatever you do, keep this in mind: If you plan on emailing your fliers, get a .pdf converter.

CutePDF is free and allows you to convert most windows documents into .pdf format (.pdfs are created automatically if you use a Mac). If you use the standard format in publisher, your file will be HUGE and will take some time to download if you email it. Also, not everyone has publisher, so converting to .pdf makes your flier universal.

Have you considered using a premade marketing program. Imprev.com has a nice system, that is affordable. It keeps all your flyers online, has matching sets of flyers, postcards, brochures, walking cards, etc.

Being online, you can grab them anywhere, print them out or mail them. THey create PDF, and one nice feature, you can print them to one of several copy companies that will ship printed flyers to you the next day. It saves a lot of tiem when you are in a hurry.

It has been a great service for me. I dropped Publisher in a heartbeat, it's just too much time that can be better used selling.

We are currently using Prospect Plus, and it is the best investment we have ever made. I asked for a buyer seminar flyer and they added it to our updates.
