There were a few different properties I am in need of right now.

1. move-in condition properties nationwide that are at 70% LTV or less. would like homes in the $250k - $1mm range,

2. residential rehabs 60-70% ARV minus repairs in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia (Virginia Beach, Norfolk, etc).

3.properties 70% LTV and under (after repairs- if any). Would prefer properties above $500K. Anywhere is good, but especially in Florida or DFW, Texas.

4. any properties with at least $60K walk away value in FL,valued at less than $500K with that amount of equity.

5. properties nation wide. at 70 cent on the dollar or lower, looking portfolio of properties. $3MM to $100MM.

6. properties in Arizona, no constraints
8.Florida properties
60-65% LTV SFR Concrete block, brick (no wood frames. to $500K

9. properties in Eastern WA Western WA & Northern ID that are perferably vacant and need no repairs $120 - $450K
