hi, just a couple questions. im interested in getting into investing in real estate, does it help to get a real estate license for investing? they have a class next week. also has anyone taken the class from Scott Scheel on commercial investing? if so, was it worth it? would you recomend it?? thanks alot

Good way to find out who the good home inspectors, lenders, escrow co's are from the insiders.

realty check, thanks for nothing. i thought this was a forum to ask questions and help others? sure i can search the internet for info but i was asking the people of this forum for some quick advice. isnt that what forums are for?? im sure almost every question has been answered here at some point or another, so nobody ask any questions here, just spend hours looking all over the place. aaaah

Realty Check was actually very politely pointing out the search feature on this forum. He is right and you will find many discussion threads on this very topic. Try reading this first and if after that want some clarification then post your question.

Also if you have no real estate investment experience then perhaps you should try a few residential investments before jumping in to a commercial investment.
