holen1 Junior Member Registered: 05/21/05 Posts: 1 Loc: Florida	I'm looking to start up a Investment Group of individuals who are not in the real-estate business, but want to have their money in the real-estate business. Does anyone have any suggestions, pointers, stratagies, or ideas that would help me start, present, and market this. I'm not trying to re-invent the wheel so I would love to get the feedback of ones that are doing this and maybe help slim down the mistakes that are made by a new start-up. I just hired an assistant to manage the group for me. Yea!!!!!!! I am just paying her 1/2 of membership dues. The rest of the dues go to running the club.
