Directly on the sea shore with a long beach of 300 M on the east side of Marsa Alam international road , with a 200 hotel rooms { 120 rooms as a first stage for opening soon and then 80 rooms as a second stage. }, Main Building , a Diving School , 3 swimming pools , health club and sport courts.



1- The Main Building:

2- The Diving School:

Have a 800 m2 with the following :

- Teaching and Lecture rooms

- Maintenance Room
- 2 Safari and Daily diving boats
- A Fishing Restaurant and a Coffee Shop on the second floor.

The Second Part of the Village:

In the opposite side at the west of Marsa Alam international road including a big service area which has the following :

- An Emergency Hospital and a Pharmacy.
- Commercial Center with all different shops
- A Fuel Station with a Motel
- Employers hoses
- A Service Building for maintenance , power station and other services .

All constructions of the first part will be finished soon.
