I just put up website for homeowners and realtors to list property for sale. I'm still testing and working on it, but I need some feedback from real estate professionals.

You might want to change your search criteria (price). I went to test your website and prices here in Orange County start a $1,000,000... your top price is $1,000,000.

Another thing... You might want to look into taking "feeds". Let agents automatically put a file out there for you to fetch so they don't have to manually put them on your website. This is what companies like oodle.com do.

Honestly, your site is prolly one of my favorites now, it has little clutter, is well organized, but not empty. Also love the name and the way you brand it. If I were you, I wouldn't change anything.
For those that like his site... unfortunatley the person who sold the script and design to him ripped it off from someone else and resold it to many unsuspecting people... including me.
It is infringing on a site copyright (it's an exact copy) and the guy who sold it has suddently disappeared. If you want to know the true owner you can contact me in the PM section.
I mention this because the script and design may still be for sale somewhere around the net and if you buy it you'll have to pay to have it redesigned.

This Google Custom search may do a better job of searching the forums for some keywords than the old forum search does. The results do not include threads from the Asset Managers Forum however. To search that forum you will need to be actually in the Asset Managers Forum and you will need to use the old forum search below.
