This is good website! but you have to need SEO for this. Title, description and keywords needs to be added.
Currently you have,
Anthony DiMattia REALTOR-ASSOCIATE® Rochester,NY
You also need to build links for this web site and do some of directory submission.
In source code u need to use Header Tags also and do some of importnat keywords to BOLD or ITALIC

Hi Anthony, The site is really an old looking style website, the website also needs some SEO done to it. If you don't have money to spend on a website right now you should consider going with a free real estate website . Follow the instructions on that page and your website will be automatically created. Hope this helps.

I would also try and put some content on the site about the areas you cover: schools in the area, entertainment, etc.
Good luck...

Hey The site looks good, but you have to add some things on it SEO title, keywords You're now using tables, try changing them to css. You can use tables on it, but you can add more things with css there. On the homepage, try adding mailto:adimattia@nothnagle.com(as you have on contact page), you have now just the mail. You could also add some contact forms there, where the user could just write some words and send it to you. Try adding the sub-titles in the pages with h1 tags, bold. Try adding more links(on the bottom of the homepage you have some names there, try having links there). You should have more photos there, the photo used by your office. I saw on the contact page that you have the office phone number. Try adding some listings there - you could have iframe, you can ask for that from the office integrated iframe, like http://www.realtyvisions.com/kosene2/search_county.php, which takes the listings from a iframe directly(it's not using databases) but makes some changes on how they look. download listings daily - download files with listings daily. With this you can make your own templates, use the fields you want(beds, baths). Like www.hawkinsazrealty.com. Here you can also add google maps, which show more things about the listings, www.hawkinsazrealty.com/openrealty/SearchListings.php?action=searchpage Your site it's nice, looks good, but try adding more things there.

Anthony, You have a good start, but you have not yet addressed your SEO issues. Here's a multi-page document that was specifically written for real estate professionals, using real estate examples: Search Engine Optimization Basics For Real Estate-Related Websites I hope it helps.

Please make the text more readable. The best combination is black text on a white background. Concerning the font, Verdana is the best for web.
Use text navigation in your pages as well. This is useful for the search engines.

Honestly there is entirely not enough relevant information. I do like the clean look of your site. Try adding an area picture of some type of landmark or point of attraction. Your site looks entirely too plain. The listings button has no listings on there, that's a problem. You should inquire about getting a feed to, at least, your local MLS. Basically your website should be a one-stop shop for Real Estate in your area and it is not. I am a Marketing Consultant, give me a call for a free consultation. 1-888-832-8111 ext. 8218

You need to put an MLS search on the front page. This will keep them around and get them interested in learning more about you and how you can help them. Research iframes and drop this into your content section of your front page.

Anthony, I took the time to review your site, it's very nice and clean looking. Some of the feedback you've received is very appropriate, regarding SEO issues especially. Content on your site is important, think of your webpage as a TV commercial, people want it to be informative and memoriable, but yet direct the customer to certain areas. Scrolling pictures of properties helps in this regard, as well as some custom design items. The company I work for specializes in these items, and I would like to invite you to take a few moments to review our work at www.realestatecreate.com I really feel that we can help you bring your web pressence as well as your business to the next level. Feel free to review our page and contact me via email or the chat feature on the site. Hope to hear from you soon.

This Google Custom search may do a better job of searching the forums for some keywords than the old forum search does. The results do not include threads from the Asset Managers Forum however. To search that forum you will need to be actually in the Asset Managers Forum and you will need to use the old forum search below.
