It's a pretty decent app, I've been playing around with it. It'll work fine on a $5 a year hosting plan which is nice. There's a discussion group somewhere I stumbled on for people using it and you can see example sites and templates in action. Of course it depends on your Internet strategies whether it'll be good for you.

I was addicted to the original Open Realty script by Jon Roig. I even forked it and rewrote alot of the code to make it publically accessable: http://www.ebigman.com/nohog/index.php
I haven't worked on it for a while -too many such sites already.
I've since built a single agent's script from the ground up: http://www.ebigman.com/REScript/index.php It has the basics right now but I plan to make it the ultimate real estate CRM.
One of my sites azmanufacturedhousing.com is an Open-Realty site. It works great for my purposes.

This Google Custom search may do a better job of searching the forums for some keywords than the old forum search does. The results do not include threads from the Asset Managers Forum however. To search that forum you will need to be actually in the Asset Managers Forum and you will need to use the old forum search below.
