Hi everybody,
I'm new to this site. I have A.A. I don't understand why everyone doesn't like it. Because of Framed pages? I have no understanding of what that means. Am I in a bad place. I currently get about 7000 visitors a month and 2 leads per day. I do pay 60.00 for top placement. What should I do?
Any help will be appreciated

Hi Tara, Couple quick questions before we get into more detail... Where are you getting the 7000 number from?... Is that hits?
What Top placement do you have?... For what terms in what search engines?

Tara, Can you explain more about what you mean you pay for "Top Placement" for "Jacksonville Real Estate Agent. I don't see the site anywhere in the organic or paid listings for that term???
Who are you paying for "top placement"?

Type in Jacksonville Florida real estate agent. We are having a problem with yahoo right now. It comes up on the right in the margin. we get most of our hits from MSN

Glad I could help I'm still not seeing the site for that term anywhere??? Are you participating in actual pay per click or someone promised you top placement for that term?

We can get into everything all over again but there's already a ton of threads on the subject.
Use the search link at the top and try advanced access or AA and you should get a good start at the answers you're looking for. After that we can help answer any specific questions you have.

I type in jacksonville florida real estate agent and my site comes up first. Does it change with the areas of the country. I get hits from all over the world. I have a translater on my site that allows all languages to be accessed. I guess I cannot get any help here? is that what you are saying?

Tara,
If you have specific questions about your site, try using the AA forums.

Hmmmm.... Me thinks she's been duped about having top rankings.
I think by "top placement" she has signed up for one of those nefarious malware (scumware) programs. These companies tell you that you need to have the latest version of Internet Explorer, but in reality you are downloading a spyware/adware plugin.
If you have the plugin on your PC it looks like a special window at the top of the page when you search on Google, Yahoo, or MSN. Only infected computers see the window.
My PC was infected with one of these junk programs and it took me the better part of the day to figure out how to get rid of it. Adaware, Spybot, and other programs couldn't find it. In fact, the only way that I found it was by viewing the source of a tiny image in the ad window. Once I traced that URL, I was able to find a site to tell me how to remove it.
If it's working for her there must be a lot of infected PC's still out there.

I was thinking the same thing after a while last night... That has to be the case because I'm not seeing her on any datacenters for the terms she thinks she has "top placement" for. I hate when people get duped by these jerks but it happens every day...

talking about 'bad' placement company... now the big 'things' is to have a company create a website which navigation re-directed automatically to your website... they charge a lot of money.... the pseudo website has somewhat of a content related.... but as usual they will disappear after a few... weeks... all those promising quick top placement with google naturally... I don't belive them... but realtors too many times.. look for the benefit and are not aware of the industry behind sucking their money....

I typed in Jacksonville florida real estate agent in yahoo and she is number 2 in the sponsored box. I just realized how old this topic is. If Tara is still around she may be happy to know the above.

This Google Custom search may do a better job of searching the forums for some keywords than the old forum search does. The results do not include threads from the Asset Managers Forum however. To search that forum you will need to be actually in the Asset Managers Forum and you will need to use the old forum search below.
