Which one of these websites should I focus on using primarily, or should I use both of them.

Here is a point2agent site: http://joeboughton.point2agent.com
I plan on getting a real domain if I decide to use this.

Here is one with martechpc:
www.suesellshomes.net

I can't decide if I should use both of them or switch and mainly use one. Please let me know what you think. IE. which will do better in search engines, which will bring in more leads.

Thank you for all of your time.

Why not use both of them and run a test for a few months. Have half your advertising lead to one site and the other half to the other. After a few months see which one brought you the best results.

Running both is a good idea... I know Point2Agent has a great drip marketing system, which is what you'll need to convert whatever leads you get. Replace that Remax logo with something legible though, and move your RSS feed to somewhere where there is space for it. I don't see a lot of stuff on your homepage to engage consumers, and turn them into leads. Front and center should be an offer for free online CMAs and new listing emails. Keep the stuff about yourself on internal pages.

Keep both. You're essentially doubling your exposure. Cross linking between the two will also help your page rankings. This may help for some searches (say you 're in a small market) one or both of the sites may come up w/i the top 10 for some keyword searches.

Second site seems to be slightly ahead of the first one in Google index.

If these sites are for the same business, I would pick one and stick to that. Here's why:

- Search engines don't like duplicate content.
- It's easier to maintain a single site.
- If you have 2 sites, your efforts in getting them both ranked well in the search engines will be split into 2.
- You would ideally want to provide your customers a standard message through your online and offline marketing. 2 sites might confuse people.

Seeing that you've already got both, if I were you, I would focus on one of the sites and use the other one for experimenting different ideas.

Goog luck with your business, hatever you decide to do.

Thanks, The point2agent site is free so I guess there is no harm in keeping it. I am focusing my SEO on the second site not http://joeboughton.point2agent.com

Point2agent has good drip email campaigns so I am considering using it primarily for this reason.

Google Custom Forum Search

This Google Custom search may do a better job of searching the forums for some keywords than the old forum search does. The results do not include threads from the Asset Managers Forum however. To search that forum you will need to be actually in the Asset Managers Forum and you will need to use the old forum search below.
