The site is not good. Structurally it violates too many search engine rules to really count. Why don't you just get a blog onto your site and start creating content there. That may be the easiest and cheapest way for you, otherwise I could only recommend hiring a professional to redo your site for you. Sorry

yes Nellie, your code is enough to choke a horse. A few things you can do to improve your situation;

- pull your javascript out into a seperate file
- localize your images
- rename your images and link referrals to be more appropriate to your topic (key phrases)

Generally speaking, your content is overwhelmed by useless code content.
