From a design standpoint - very well done! This is how it should be done folks! Clean design, no distractions. Plain text navigation. YAY! Excellent use of CSS.

Can I get in on thism love fest...

The site is definitely clean but it isn't done is it? If your still working on it themn ignore these comments but here's a few things i picked up at first glance. The demographic info pages don't fit well into the design and the mls links go to an mls providor but no search. Design wise it's clean. Best of luck:) Are you planning on trying to obtain search engine placement or how will you promote the site?
