I own the domain millrates.com, and I've put a mini-site behind it. It's not really even a mini-site, more like a tiny-site that simply has a brief explanation of the term "mill rate".

I think the site would have potential to be something bigger. Maybe some kind of all-encompassing place to check various mill rates. I'm not sure, but what I am sure of, is I don't have the time to do it, so I want to sell the domain/site.
