Ok, it's mainly just for a single listing... I'm not looking to pay much... WHat would a good "guesstimate" be?

Look at listingdomains.com . They charge about $65 per site, and get it. The only big difference I see is that the actual domain name gets registered. Here is one of their sites: 1520 Lake Randolph .
Sorry, GregM, but I think you are comparing apples and oranges. You forgot to mention that there is in fact a monthly fee for web611.
There is no one right solution for everyone - it depends on the number of listings you have, and whether you already have a site elsewhere, etc. etc.
So, to answer the original question, there are people out there who will pay for the service, maybe 50-60 USD if it's done well.

I agree... there isn't much there to price. The only thing that stands out to me is the somewhat picture quality.IMO

Creating a website for a single listing is a great pre-listing tool - it can really help you get the listing.

An effective 'pre-listing' tool needs to be free to use (of course!), extraordinarily easy to use but still create great looking single property websites that showcases the house to the market.

There are many technologies around that automate the process of creating websites - so this type of tool really can eliminate all third-party manual involvement which has a massive impact on the price and quality of the service.

I think the future of third parties actually creating these types of websites manually is not a rosy one.

At SinglePropertySites , real estate agents can create a single listing website for free (for pre-listing), and then only pay around $6 per month or less per site to have it live.

Nidafarian, we have a 'private label' solution if you are interested in using our services to do this for others - just contact us.
