It's a pretty cool and easy solution for mapping out properties on Google Maps if you don't have any time or resources for a custom solution. It is simple to use.

Looks really good. It's a shame we cannot use it over in the UK

I have also received requests for Canada as well.

Maybe I should consider making it available in most english speaking counties. I will have to think about that.

Hey Dave,

It's a great tool and Idea. We actually provide our clients with the same tools in our real estate website application.

We've done it for the Canadian market and one of the problems that you'll find within the Canadian market is that you can't find free geocodes anywhere. There is GeoCodes.ca which we currently use, it's not expensive but for a free application it does get a little expensive.

Thanks for the heads up on that, I hadn't thought of that yet. I use the free Yahoo GeoCoder for the US which works pretty well.
