Due to my present IDX provider being clueless as to who he owes a fiduciary responsibility to I will be terminating our relationship. I have created the templates for the thumbnail & details results pages but need someone to build or help me build the code for the search function/results. Anyone have any interest/knowledge in working with a raw data IDX feed?

Let me showed you some sites i've worked on www.hawkinsazrealty.com (over 50 000 listings - i also added on this site the google maps working quickly with over 40 000 listings - Map search link), www.carolcape.com.

I've worked on Rapidx - check it out on www.realtynetmarketing.com/rapidx/search_results.php, it works very quickly for over 50 000 listings. If you're interested I'll send you a message with the admin section of Rapidx(like add listings, edit listings, ...). You said you alraedy have the templates built, with rapidx you have just to add them in rapidx folder and make the changes in the configuration file and you'll have it there.
On the link i sent you there are just some listings, but I can show you the admin section for it. You can check it out and add more listings there to see how they show up

I looked over your site. It's nice and it looks good. I've worked on www.realtyvisions.com/kosene2/search_county.php, used on http://www.realtyvisions.com/kosene2/search_county.php.
It takes the listings directly from a iframe(it's not using database) and make some changes on how they look.
You have a nice site, it looks good.
