New here, but joined for a reason, I need a Spanish speaking webdesigner for an all spanish real estate site, and been running into problems finding one.

Do you really need a spanish speaking WEBMASTER, or do you just need someone who can write the copy in Spanish? Are you providing the copy and you need a translator?

I need someone who is proficient in spanish, to design and develope the site, my spanish skills are limited to reading it, but not speaking it, or translating it from english to spanish.
the purpose will be for a real estate site to cover all spanish countries from spain, all the way down to colombia.

Perhaps you could use a Real Estate Virtual Assistant that specializes in website design and can handle the spanish as well. Perhaps submit a post over at www.revanetwork.com

Also, www.ivaa.org has a list of VAs and their specialties. I've seen requests for Spanish come through before and I know there are a small few VAs who might be able to help or point you in the right direction.
