That's very true. It would take someone a lot of time to re-create what they already have.
However, there are other options out there that sometimes may not have as many features as point2 but are better in other things such as design, speed, SEO and more. I'm not trying to put them down

they do have many good things about them, I'm simply pointing out some of the things that you may not know.
For example here is one major problem:
One of the IP's Parker's website is being hosted on is 72.246.41.49 website:
www.johnsoncounty.com On this IP address there are 10,568 other domain names hosted. Meaning there are 10,568 websites on this single IP.
Now, usually you should get about 10 IP's on a server, keep in mind that you can have hundreds of them on one server but for Point2's sake let's say it's just 10.
So that means they have about 100,000 sites per server. No wonder why the sites take a long time to load.
The other problem to having 10,000 sites on a single IP address is Search Engines. If some of those sites get banned by a Search Engine they will start banning the IP addresses as well and there you go taken down in the SE's for no reason what so ever.
Here are just a few sites hosted on the same server as your site Parker:
1. bobslightam.com 0 listings 0 listings
2. coloradocarl.com 0 listings 0 listings
3. monikagolda.com 0 listings 0 listings
4. roxyenright.com 0 listings 0 listings
