I've done some searching around for Real Estate website providers.
I signed up for one that seems to do the job for quite a bit less than some of the other companies. I found $49, $39, $35, & $29.95 per month fees, and usually with a contract.
The one I signed up with is only $12.95, and they do the design, and setup for no charge. Also I thought no contract was nice.... just incase.
Good selling, Stuart

I do have to send that as well. I really need to encourage real estate webmasters to first feel comfortable with the service and then worry about the price. I myself am a little biased as well But I have heard too many horror stories. Maybe you've hit the jack pot with this service, but once again: a lot of the cheap ones are not recommendable. Mike

Just like anything else, do you shop for price, or do you shop for value.

I've found the most value in my website for $12.95.
It has a capture for home value requests, it includes a custom domain name, and it's not too complex (maybe you've seen the recent news articles on effectiveness of simplicity in website design).
Sounds not like I'm shopping based solely on price, but that you guys see a HIGH PRICE and assume that the product is better than a lower priced competitor.
You can choose whoever you want. I get leads from my site, and I'm sticking with it.
I was already with a $49.95 site for over a year before I switched, and I'm getting more results for my money now.

Not much difference except the price. Oh, and the 800# for personal support. The $50 site I had was all automated and they didn't want to receive calls. It's also not as complex as many of the other agent sites I've seen.
ONE BIG DIFFERENCE... my site has a "GET YOUR HOME VALUE" button. My conversions are much higher when I drive traffic to my site now that I have the Home Value capture. It's something I offer for free that the visitor ACTUALLY WANTS.
I had all the "FREE REPORTS" on my last website, but no one ever asked to receive them.

P.S. I don't spend much time with buyers, so I don't need a site that spends all of it's energy targeting buyers.

This is from Bargain: http://www.stevebussman.com/ That is one really boring, uninspired web design. I am looking for a template like this: http://www.ziprealty.com/index.jsp Most of the ones I see are not as clear and simple in attempts to attract buyers.

zip's site looks simple and user friendly. You can make one like that on your own.
