I agree with you. Some templates are not good though. The real estate webmasters team however does them well.

I'd always recommend custom if it's within your budget, but templates are not all that bad as long as you are the only realtor in your area using the one you have

Mine did it from Point2 agent. She then chose the totally customizable format and designed a site I'm very happy with and the most important thing is consumer response has been great.

I do 65 - 80 ends a year and growing each year and would not be able to afford to customize some of the tracking and drip options that my site gives me.

Nice try Mademan .... First post a blatant solicitation.... your not off to a good start. Please feel free to help answer members questions but solicitations...especially ones like..... "we've partnered with a great....." when your accounts email address IS that companies is not going to fly
