I need some help, I have a domain name registered. LiveMileHigh.com, I want to create a website myself, but am totally lost and have no idea where to go. Can some one please point me in the right direction.

My question is... Do you want to spend your time learning all this, or "should" you be spending your time performing real estate activities... like making money? Building your own website won't "make" you any money, and you'll be saving VERY little. You'll save less then $20 a month and spending hours on your website... that breaks your time down to pennies an hour... you're worth more then that, aren't you?

I say investigate companies to do it FOR you, and you spend your time doing what you "should" be doing.

Of course I would say this... I sell web sites! But I also don't do my own car mantenance, I don't put fillings in my own teeth, I don't paint my own house, I don't even wash my own car. I pay people to do these things because the time it takes me to do it compared to the cost, it just doesn't make sense for me to do it.
