I own a web site design and hosting company for small businesses. Recently I got a call from a customer that was a real estate agent and she wanted me to create a community web site that had food, business, entertainment, community events, ect... She said that it was a growing trend in real estate to create these town/community informational sites to generate relocation leads. I was wondering if there was an industry term for websites like this. I would like to specialize in creating these types of sites for real estate agents but I need to know the termanology....
