I recently came across this cool new technology - push to talk from a company called realping - www.realping.com It is a flat rate fee, no cost per call or per minute charges.

It lets visitors to my site click a button and it then connects their phone to my cell phone immediately. It also goes in my e-mails.

I've been "wowing" prospects and it is a deal closer at listing presentations when I show sellers how responsive I am to prospective buyers for their home.

What is REALLY COOL is their page push. Just by pressing a couple keys on my phone it opens new windows on the visitors computer. I use it to push my CMA request page.

Other that being a customer, don't have any affilaition - just go check it out.
