Some of the things you might compare are:
different pricing models:
1. pay per lead vs back end % fees
2. length of contracts (including penalties for quitting)
3. quality of leads from each company
I noticed you had housevalues as a link on your website and I might caution against buying leads that lead a consumer to think they are only there to get a value of their home. Then they are surpirsed when they hear from multiple realtors because they had no intention of buying or selling. You want your leads to expect a call from a realtor and you want them to be people who are interested in buying or selling a home.
Online lead generation should be a significant focus for your marketing. Keep in mind that you can generate a great deal of traffic to your website ... however, what you really care about is the people who are likely to close tranactions with you!
