I have been fairly successful using the internet for my only prospecting tool along with classified ads. I am wondering what kind of money people are generating with there websites. I am beginning to market my domains for others to use across the country and am trying to come up with my pricepoints so it would be helpful to know what kind of money people are making with their sites.

I think you will find that the amount of money being made off a website can vary greatly depending on the house prices in a market area, the quality of the website and its search positioning, and the skill of the agent in handling internet leads.

30% of an agent's annual income coming from the web is not unusual. Some claim to make almost 100% of their income from the web and on the other end of the spectrum many with websites do not make any money from the web.

Along with what Admin said, I know people who pay $10 a month that get 2-3 additional closings from their site and i know people who pay $2000 and get nothing out of it.

Remember, Content is King to not only getting internet leads, but getting QUALITY internet leads.
