My blog was a PR5 last week and now it's a 4 per google toolbar and http://www.prchecker.info/. Blogflux still says its a 5, but I'm not sure what happened to lower my rank when nothing was changed.

I think I started adding my signature on my posts so people know how to reach me. Would this lower my rank?

Google is always adjusting things and you probably didn't do anything 'pro-actively' to deserve the 5 to 4 change.

I wouldn't worry about your page rank that much. Google has greatly reduced the significance of page rank in their formula that produces their listings.

Dee if you want to increase your page rank and search engine rankings I would suggest finding real estate directories and regular directories that will list your site. Additionally try exchanging links with other real estate agents that work in non competing areas of the contry.
