That site is a webhost. You must create the HTML files yourself. They provide some tools and features but you are on your own otherwise. If you are not familiar with HTML you would be better served with either hiring someone to create a site for you if your budget permits or using one of the template websites out there that give you a basic site you can then customize. I use Point2agent for example.
If you do a google search for "real estate website providers" you can compare them. One of the benefits of companies that focus on working with real estate agents is that they know what kinds of features you want. IDX, lead capture, information or buyers, sellers, etc.
It might be better to get a template site than try to build one yourself if you don't know what you're doing.
