Now you or someone else must have decided to create a new Template website system for Realtors.... Not a novel idea by any means but coming to a forum and trying to promote it in a shady way doesn't lend alot of credibility to say the least...

While I'm all for the businessman... you have to realize that Realtors are constantly barraged by new products making ridiculous claims and we take protecting the members here from such occurances very seriously....

If you or anyone else thinks they have a good product they should post it in the appropriate product forums so it can be pubicly disected and discussed....

Well we have a researcher on our hands, however not a very good one to say the least. Lets go through a quick run down of your misconceptions.

I was at Deeb Realty in Omaha as a Real Estate agent for approximately 6 months during which time I used Craig proctors success website. I recently choose to move to boyer young b/c of personal reasons. The reason my name is not on the boyer young website (Yet) is because we just signed the paperwork a few days ago and Cindy our assistant has no entered my information onto the website. Plus I wanted to get a new picture prior to entering any information on the website.

I do work at signature performance in the marketing and sales division. The reason I used my signature performance account is because I am their 7-4 each day where I can access my emails easier. I had nothing to do with the development of OMahaRealEstateREports.com or ThePinnacleTeam.com websites as it was created by webagentsolutions.com, please talk with Jon if you are still skeptical or visit the thepinnacleteam.com as it is now running.

HOw can I promote a website that I havent used? Good question however another agent who were are friends with in Dallas, hosspratt.com had great things to say about the website. After hearing the website capabilities, I personally saw the potential for generating a high volume of leads if marketed properly.

Now if you happen to do some more research you will realize that my father use to build websites for AI Software. SO one may think presume that he may be involved or better yet his astute knowledge of website design has some how passed onto me. But if you do further research I am nothing like my dad.

I love your interest in trying to call me out, but please be sure when you do call someone out, that your doing so based on accurate and up to date information.

Do not get mad a rich. he is just protecting his forum. any comp get's him a little defensive. He promotes his services here! I do have to say that almost every post that i have read about seo is on target. And that has my RESPECT. I do not mind him protecting his area, His name is on the line.

Let me get this a little clearer. almost every post that rich has made. not every post. I do not want to make another blanket statement. lol

I appreciate that and I completely respect making sure the forum is protected however, do not go out, do research and claim I am not who I say I am. This is bordering 'over protective' or better yet, 'over suspicious'. The very fact that Rick wants to call me out in the forum only presents his heart motive. If he were truly concerned about the forum and felt I was abusing my privileges, email my personal account or better yet don’t make presumptuous statements.

As a matter of fact I completely agree with them, but this comment, “Now you or someone else must have decided to create a new Template website system for Realtors.... The very language of his sentence structure assumes not questions. “Now you or someone”…not a question but rather an assumption. Please don’t lecture me on getting mad when all I am trying to do is lend a hand on helpful website marketing as I know much of what I read on this forum helps me.

For crying out loud, I am a 23 year old Real Estate Agent and Director of Marketing and Sales for Signature Performance, the last thing I should be doing is wasting my time responding to such accusations. But I will say this, I take my integrity very seriously and when someone willing goes out of their way to research me and presume the worst, you better believe I will defend such a notion.

Geeze...I prepared a lengthy reply and lost it...sorry but I have to keep this one short for now

Mike... Researcher is a bit much as I actually spent about a minute and a half looking into your post. All the info is readily available online with a few clicks in the right places :)As far as the website(s) themselves.... They are nothing I would reccomend to anyone other than those with VERY big PPC budgets as they are not at all search engine friendly and for the most part... very basic duplicate websites that seem to mimick proctor sites... Your friends site hosspratt.com isn't even indexed in Google and has sitewide titles... not good. I could go on believe me but my intent is not to bash the site but rather make sure members here don't waste money throwing it in every direction because someone makes a post that says this or that.

As far as promoting our business or protecting it I don't do that here and actually very rarely accept any new clients for nearly a year... People find us through our clients sites when they see who did they're cometitors sites...not on forums. I do what we do here because I think it's the right thing to do.

As far as calling your integrity into question... that wasn't my intention either but if you go back and read your post and then your reply and mine... it smelled fishy. Maybe it wasn't but it's been done here and everywhere else on the net millions of times and the result is the same regardless of your intentions... Let's say other realtors read your post and say wow...there's the site I have to get and spend the $1200 or 200 or whatever on it... What do they have... they have a canned content duplicate website that noone but them and their friends will ever see.... Do you see what I'm saying.... I understand that in your mind you are trying to help and that in itself is a GREAT thing You just have to be a little clearer and perhaps say something like My friend in Austin has what I think might be a good website this is why I think it's good.... Don't take things personally Mike... If your intentions were as you say and I offended you I apolgize.
All I ask that you keep in mind when you read my posts is that we have to deal with people every single day that have literally wasted countless thousands of dollars on everything imaginable. Nuff said...

Rich. Iunderstand your point. and please do not misunderstand me, I am not casting stones. I to run into people who will put scams in front of people to bite at. I had made a post in here the other day about a guy with an SEO website that came to me asking to get HIS SEO site top ranking so HE could sell HIS SEO services. I am pretty much like you. Most of my work is from word of mouth. If you notice my post there was humor involved.
Like I said I have a respect for you because of the post that I have read. I agree with most of your post, and that is nothing personal because we can disagree on some issues concerning SEO. But it seems we both use the same basic principals for SEO

Hi Jim... I definitely noticed the humor
My skin is VERY thick after years in this business On a funny or not so funny note I just got a call from a broker that has been calling me periodically for about 2 years... Whenever he calls I spend a few minutes talking to him because it's entertaining to listen to someone tell you why they don't need you and that you charge too much ...LOL.. He's always said that he'd never pay that much because there were SO many others that offered "guaranteed results" for just a few buck a month...

Today he called to tell me that he still didn't need me because although his last 7 or 8 paid atempts produced nothing... he finally found someone that has gotten him the results he was seeking... he now has over a dozen first page google results for terms like " Affordable Ranch Homes For Sale In the ****** market" and similar sentances ! He's very EXCITED.... Imagine....all those incredible results for only $1800 and $99 a month... This company might put us both out of business .... ;D.... LOL
