Can anyone suggest a pay-per-vistor or pay-per-click service that delivers quality RE leads at reasonable price? The prices at Google and Overture are too high for me.

I've invested a lot of money on online leads and Im bordlerline at a conclusion that you need to offer a reason to generate good leads.
Leads for house values are too general to be of any value for example but leads for 1 percent commission is prequalified if you are onepercent realty or ipayone.com.
Target marketing is key to online advertising. I've seen maybe a half dozen sites that deliver quality leads.
Housevalues and agent matching sites will cost you more time than sales.

For example, you can run a ton of low cost PPC on Google targeting local residential communities or gated communities. While individually they may not generate a lot of clicks each month, when you put them all together you can probably generate a decent flow of traffic. You may need to run 20, 30, or 50 ads - but at 5 cents to 10 cents a click it can be worth your investment. Of course, nothing beats a great SEO program!

I'm not sure what you mean by a gray google toolbar? A gray Google toolbar usually indicates that the site has been banned from the G search engine. However, I just checked your site again and now I get a white toolbar with a Page Rank of zero. Most likely I received a toolbar error earlier (the G toolbar is a bit buggy), so it appears that your site has not been banned. Whew!

This Google Custom search may do a better job of searching the forums for some keywords than the old forum search does. The results do not include threads from the Asset Managers Forum however. To search that forum you will need to be actually in the Asset Managers Forum and you will need to use the old forum search below.
