I've stated this comment to say that there are salesmen and saleswomen that understand learning from others, not just join the wagon of doubt and dis-belief some like to portray. Just like if I wanted to learn about real estate sales, I would go to an expert; Same with my prospects. If you want to learn how easy our prospects are to work with and close then you would come to me. Right?
I came to this site not only to illistrate my belief in online prospect generation but to show the average Realtor there is a way to stay busy throughout the cold winter months without driving all over kingdom-come to find a lead. To not have to work hard, rather work smart.
This is not a smamming technic, I sincerely would like to help a few Realtors stay number one. LIke my Borker in Austin. He purchased all the prospects in Austin, his team will stay completely busy throughout the next year with the 170 prospects he purchased.
If you are e-Pro then you know the value of a validated exclusive lead. Those Realtors who understand that the traditional marketing technics are not as effective as they used to be, need to work the internet consumer.
