Even though this post by Troy is a duplicate - posted in another thread - Admin is not deleteing it because it can help educate agents about how such programs DO NOT help your link popularity.
The links out from that site do nothing to help a member with their link popularity because the links are written using scripting that makes search engines think it is an internal link - eg.
http://www.toprealestates.com/out.php?id=13 Search engines can not follow that link and never find the target site. The "?" in the url stops search engine spiders cold.
