I understand what your getting at, but you have to look at the big picture. I see that your from the Poconos. I know the area well. Any way, what I am creating is something that hasn't been implemented yet. The proof is in the pudding, but I have been at this for a number of years, and I know what is going on in the industries. I know what it's going to take to reach my goal. Put yourself in the consumers shoes. If you were a consumer looking to buy a property in the Poconos, where would you look? Realtor.com, or would you try to find independent realtors websites? There are too many independent sites. The consumer will usually get frustrated while sifting through the garbage to finally find what they want. What my plan is, is to make this much easier. There really is no partnerships between agents other than the MLS. It is a dog eat dog world that we live in. Traffic, and inquiries, is what makes your presence. Without both, you might as well forget it. I didn't mean to forget SE's all together, but you have to understand what you are trying to do to make your sight noticed. If I was an agent that could continue to do as I normally do to sell property, but also have someone sending prospective buyers, and sellers my way, I would take full advantage of it. I would be stupid not to. Nobody is trying to say ditch your efforts in self marketing, but with agents being a dime a dozen, how do you make yourself stand out? Understand this. You are trying to sell property in one small piece of the Nation, and others are doing it as well. Trust me when I tell you that my project is very well thought out, and it's great because no else has yet. I love it. The biggest network for this type of service is what I am putting together. I have spoken to agents in confidence, nationally, and they are all thrilled at the idea. The tools are here if someone knows how to use them. I think most people try to overthink it all.
