Google update 4.23 in progress!
backlink updates.... And PR


My site has gone to a PR 7 now with 2450 Backlinks. Dont know if the Serps has updated or not but will have to wait and see.

I've noticed a great deal of PR & Backlink fluctuation on client sites lately, especially today.

Those stats are just on two datacenters so far but I believe google is updating all DCs so we will all see.

I had heard that the last update the stats didnt stick so this is maybe why we keep seeing old data one day and new the next. I dont know why we are seeing another update so soon...or maybe google is going to make this a every 2 week venture..we could only hope.

So far everything is seeming to stick...but will have to see if this info will be uploaded to all the other DCs.

Google "dance" in progress... for sure.

I pass on this "alternative" to simple backward links (toolbar option).

Go to Google and in the search box type:
www.yoursitename.com -site:www.yoursitename.com

Using this domain name as an example:
http://www.google.com/search?num=30&hl=e...net&btnG=Search
