I am looking for information on lead generation companies. If anyone has used a lead generation company please visit my site at RealEstateLeadsGuide.com and fill out the lead user survey. I am helping agents and brokers learn more about all online transactions and tools.

Your 'survey' reads more like a focus group for lead generating companies.

My experience with them has been almost 100% bad with poor leads delivered and the 'leads' almost never turning out to be serious buyers and sellers.

My experiences with www.BuyersUSA.com and www.HomeGain.com have been the worst.

HomeGain chages $29.95 per month PLUS a 30% refrral fee if you ever get to closing with one of their leads.
