Anyway, I have been working on our site for a while now (still consider parts of it a WIP). Please offer your opinion's and/or suggestions.

Personally, I would get rid of the intro. I never look at them and always search for the skip button. I would rather get right to the site everytime.

Get rid of the intro. It's not very search engine friendly. Also, change your title tags.

Other than that, the site looks pretty good!

Ditto, big pet peeve for me. I especially hate it whenthe skip button is hard t ofind.

Basically, it would be two or three of your keywords: Griffin Real Estate - Spaulding County Real Estate etc...

Also, if you right click on your site, then click on properties you will see your current title tag (top of the box).

I am a fan of having a large call to action of some sort on my website. There is something I want people to do. I have a large SEARCH FOR PROPERTIES and a CALL ME NOW button on my site that attract attention. Those are the things I want people to do and I want it to be easy for them to do so. However, there are always those visitors who know what they are looking for and those call to actions then mean little.

Your top menu should be about searching for properties and home info. No one cares about company heritage. Put it on the side bar. Should have the ability if possible to search all area listings front and centre.
