Hello, I am still looking for the right company to build and maintain my website. I have looked at Gooder and Advanced Access, and wandered what you all thought, I am also researching The Marketing Loft and a company called Only45.com. How do I pick the best one. I dont want to get ripped off! I am a new agent an need some advice. My broker has an OK site and I have registed a bunch of domain names in anticipation, whats next? (sorry to ramble, it's late)

Thers a couple great solutions right here at agentsonline but the most important thing is that you do your homework and don't believe the hype. Are you going to be building and maintaining it yourself? What market are you in and what keywords/or pohrases are you going after? After we see that, and have a look at who your competition in the serps will be I can give you some more suggestions. Hope that helps
