Don't go near that site, I would reccommend NOT submitting to any of the directories that are listed on the site it will do more to hurt you than help you in the search engines. I'll post some excellent resources that I use and have no association with unlike Inzeal's bunk seo list

Ok guys here are just a few of the many reasons why the Inetzeal network site is not reccommended for use.

1.This resource is just a ploy to sell his claimed "manual submission" service"

2.Claims to have expertise in search engine optimaztion, yet the site is only a PR1! Would you take financial advice from someone that is broke?

3.The directories listed are absolute crap(little to no traffic, low pr, low backlinks and .edu links)

4.The seo-resources pages are duplicate of his index page. (this is considered creating "doorway" pages and is one of the quickest ways to reduce your ranking or get banned in google and yahoo!).

5.The directory submission to 500 places for 70 bucks is known as a b.s. service. Don't believe me read this article from an actual seo resource searchengineguide.com

[2] Everyone knows google is screwed, nowadays. And who says better PR, Means your rankings are better in SEs?
John Scott's Internet Marketting Blog is PR 2, Does it mean John is not a good SEO Expert? or you have PR 2, So you are equal in With him in expertise?
[3] Directories listed in list are scrap? OK.

[4] How you decided those pages are same and duplicat? just check both of them with good duplicat content checker tool, this tool > http://www.webconfs.com/similar-page-checker.php says both have 44%, and it is not so bad. BTW, My site is not banned by gooogle i can see that 611 pages idexed by google today. 20 times more that site in your siggy! (Who is expert.)

[5] Yes, i m providing 450 submissions for 75 Bulks, but also provide slow submissions (30dirs/week). and i aware with that issue. and if your site is enough popular than it is not risky to get 100 link in a day.

[6] Yes, Search engine submission is A SCAM, But it doesn't mean directories submission scam, epecially when people have proof to show no of directories.

[7] Having Alexa - some 59K, it means site getting nice traffic, isn't it sufficient for measuring popularity??

It is pretty easy to through muds anywhere. not to clean it.
