I like it. Subtle and professional with good functions. Colors are nice. I've recently done a new site let me know what you think.

Great looking site!

I just took a brief glimpse and encounter some issues though:
* the background picture in "MLS search" and "For Sellers" cells (homepage) are making the background look somewhat distorted
* you should have your listings pop-up in another window so they don't leave your site
* check your spelling in grammar e.g. in "Contact Us" section you wrote "The Best to conact me:" near the bottom of the page.

Anyways, those are very very minor things. Overall, impressive and distinctive realtor site!

Hope that helps,
David

I'm really impressed with layout and design. It's definately one of the better done Realtor Web pages I've seen. Only two things I thought of though.

First, I'm not sure if I'm a fan of your links on the left being raised into your pictures on the top. It might be better if it was just below the pictures on top.

Second, for SEO purposes, make sure the links say what keywords you are targetting. I've even been told that your link back to home should not say "home" but should say whatever keywords you are targetting on your home page. Anyway, that's just a little SEO stuff. Also, if you were planning to exchange links with other Realtors to increase page rank, I don't see that form anywhere. That should be easy for the Realtor to locate.

Just my humble thoughts.

Great layout: its elagant because its simple.

My only concern is the URL, while I understand its your name, most people won't know how to spell it from hearing it alone. The solution is simple, get a simplter domain name and point it to the same site. So in other words you'll have www.muzammilsiddiqui.com and www.easytoremember.com go to the same page.

Just my $.02

I love the overall layout as well and I wish my site was as nice. Not to be rude but there are a few grammatical errors on the first page that I thought you might want to know about.

#1"Search for a home Find a Home."
#2"This section have lot of information for you."
#3"I will be glad to provide you with a Free Competitive Market Analysis of the ... Sign up for a Free Market Analysis."
#4"Moving after you sell a house. Everything you need to know when you selling yourhouse, whether you sell your home on your own or use a Realtor"

#1 could be: "Search for a home and find a home"
#2 could be: "This section has a lot of information for you."
#3 Needs to be completed.
#4 could be: Moving after you sell a house? Everything you need to know when you're selling your house, whether you sell your home on your own or use a Realtor."

Your layout and general site appearance are very good... but...

You have 2 audiences for your website: People, and search engines. You did a good job for the people... but...

Turn off Javascript and see how easy it is to move around your website. Turn off images and see how easy it is to move around your website.

Now look at your cached page in google, and ask for the TEXT only. This is what your page looks like to google:
http://216.239.63.104/search?q=cache:htt...GGLD:en&strip=1

Ain't much there as far as search engine food goes... the search engines will find your website and starve! Give the search engines something to feed on... give them TEXT! Give them H1 tags, bold text, hyper-links with search phrases in them. Give your title more then one search phrase...

After all, no matter how great looking your website is, if no one finds it, it really doesn't matter. (other then ego) \:\)
