Hi everyone, I am new to this board and also pretty new to the real estate business. My husband and I are a team and need to get a website built fast, since where we live there will be alot of relocating here in the next year and we want to take advantage of this. Are there any excellent websites that exsist that also include SEO that don't cost an arm and a leg? The more I research, the more confused I get. I want to know from people who are actually happy with what they are paying for. Thanks.

My marketing director uses Point@agent.
She likes that its fully customizable but they also have template options. They have great tracking options at higher levels. She was so impressed that she sent out a selection of her thoughts on our newsletter that goes out to 2800 agents. She's the former Head of Technology and Marketing for Coldwell Banker in Canada. In case anyone is interested, I just read that the website domain mortgageleads.ws is up for sale. I checked on availability, and found out that it is the only U.S. website available with mortgageleads.*** in the title.

The ad I saw said the asking price was $1,000.00

With interest rates about to move, I'm guessing someone's going to make a ton of money with that one.
