Are there any 'Good' Websites that have the nice little articles with buyer or seller info? I'm looking for a site that has open source (non copyrighted) articles about buying/selling for my website. I'm going to start a new marketing campaign for the website shortly and i'd like to make sure that part of the site is covered.

Yes, they are copyrighted, but your viewers can still learn what they need to know by clicking on a link you make to my articles.

I've had extremely heavy traffic to the articles, from viewers all over the world (the site pops up for the strangest searches), and very positive feedback from other agents.

Are you not at all concerned about duplicate content by copy/paste, causing grief for you all in the search engines... what happened with the theory that this can get you banned on the engines?
