.... only been up for 9 days and only 75% done also.

but im a webmaster and seo which makes it much easier.

Nice look to the site, doesn't scream "home job" like so many other sites. However, the Google ads at the bottom are a huge turn-off to me.

I like the photo - do you have a good source for royalty free photos like that one?

totaly agree. BUT once you start making money with the google ads i SWEAR its like crack, you cant stop.

I just got into the adsense program, so far just on this site im at about 1.70 a day.

some of my seasoned sites are at around $5-$8 a day. not too bad.

there are many webmasters making 100-1000 a day.

Thanks for the feedback!!

if your looking for photos and what not, try microsoft clipart online, i heard they have a big selection.

also google real estate clip art, there is a decent site with free clip art hanging around out there.

Very nice - I like the simple, clean layout and the colors are soothing. I might prefer if the background around the main portion of the site were either white or grey - now it's kinda both.

The google ads are very subtle, nice work.

The forums are a great idea, but I'd change the PHB graphic to your own logo.

As for royalty free graphics, I love www.istockphoto.com since they're very reasonable on price for some fantastic photos and images.

The site doesn't look that bad, but that guy in the top middle picture is creepy. Also, the buttons on the page need a little working with. They look like they've been chopped and dropped into place. Not very smooth. Other then that, way to go. Not bad for a homemade page \:\)

Nice looking. Given the statistics of 20-30 visitors a day with a new prospect every 2 days, I'd say that you're doing very well for being up for such a short time. Just make sure you've got some good follow up systems to convert those prospects to real dollars eventually.

It looks like the site was a template that you customized. I did the same thing with a property management website that I created. Changing the menus was kinda tough because they wouldn't fall into place properly, which may be the issue you are having.

I think it looks ok, but only because it reminds me of most templates found on templatemonster.com and other such template selling websites. On the upside, it's more clean than many animated gif-and-text-alone agent web sites that I see. Good effort for doing it yourself.

Hmm, i have been having trouble with my css file. you may need to refresh the browser once if your having issues, otherwise it should all fit perfect.

It WAS a template but that doesnt say much considering i only used the css and jpegs (which if you have ever used a template thats mainly all it is.)

The rest of the site including the contact, newsletter opt-in, the foreclosure listing, being able to sign up, pay for packages, list homes, using mysql, etc, i used a basic shell and built the rest of the php.

I designed the whole back end mysql database, and some of the front end.

give me 2 more weeks and there will not be a single "frame" page either.

thanks for the feedback!
