i want to rename my links page, i want it to be something that people will click on, i was thinking of Directory or something like that, but I don't know...any advice would be appreciated.

Are you talking about the link that just says Links, or like the enitre Tools and Links section?

THe links, I wouldn't mind renaming the whole Tools and Links section either.

For the Links section...maybe Site Map? Not very orginal, I know, but that's what it brings up, and I think it's a familiar term for visitors, if they're not sure exactly where to find something on a site, most seem to know to go to the Site Map.

I'm looking at it now, and maybe do away w/the Tools section all together? The Calculator, and Mortgage links could be in the Buyer section, your Metro link could be in the local section, as well as the Blog Link.

The one I can't figure is the RE News link. Maybe under the My Listings header, but then you'd most likely have to change the name of that... Maybe like a small picture banner thingy on your main page that says RE News.

Under your About header, that's where I'd put the Link Exchange Info, all your other about stuff, your current header that's Links, and if you can, your Home link, instead of a seperate header.

That turned out to be a way long response. I hope that wasn't offending or anything, cuz I really love your site and the info you have available. It's totally informative without being a disorganized mess like some sites are.

wow, KT, you must have literally just been there, because I JUST added the blog. lol it definitely needs reorganizing, I will take some of those suggestions. the site map, doesn't feel right, because that will just get them redirected out of my site, even though it's framed.

did a little reorganzing.....real estate news is sitting there in it's own little catagory, not sure what to do with it....grrr

Why yes I was. =] Clicking around to get a feel. The layout like I said it great. I've seen so many people just throw (up) junk on their sites with no organization on the pages themselves. Yours isn't overrun w/ads and a ton of links plastered all over, and seems to get your points and info accross to the consumer.

i'm not into the junk, and not ads either. for the links, they are going to be in one place and that's it unless i feel they need to go elsewhere in the content.

You could implement a directory like we have on a Real Estate directory my web design company created. Something similiar to www.realestate13.com It is very search engine friendly. Let me know if I can answer anymore of your questions.

I misread your question, I would name it Favorite Links or Helpful Links, having the word Helpful, my studies have shown people will click on it.
