What do you offer for a co-broke on properties and how can you sell/close homes in an average of 17 days? Is that normal for your market?

we offer 2% to our buyers agent, and 1.5% to the listing agent.

17 days on the market is our average, and its normal for he marker.

Just a point of clarification: do homes "sell" in 17 days or are they on the market for 17 days and then go under contract? There is a big difference between the two.

Otherwise I like your site very much... well done.

So if they go under contract and do not sell in 17 days... why do you say they sell in 17 days?

I personally think that's misleading... but that's just me. I've always had a problem with agents putting sold signs on property when they haven't actually sold yet. It's not over til it's over and anything can happen. Finding a ready, willing and able buyer does not justify putting a sold sign on a property IMHO.

Just stating an opinion.... otherwise I like your site.

It's very BUSY! Too much information on the front page makes it difficult to navigate. Frustrated prospects will very quickly click out and click on the next listing on a search engine.
I didn't come across a lead generation form when I went to your home search, how do you capture leads?
I clicked on 'what is my home worth' and a pop-up window came up to allow me to enter contact information....how many people have 'pop-up blocker' software on their computers? Again, no lead generation. Check out z57.com for soome other ideas.

Center the page in a 1024 pixel browser screen.

I too initially thought the page 'busy' but after a moment or two of examination I kinda like it.

Found it a little busy. I hope the customer stays long enough to feel different.
